The GBS Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and driving the day‑to‑day execution of initiatives that support the establishment and ongoing development of the Global Business Services (GBS) organization. Reporting to and operating under the direction of the Vice President of GBS, this role brings structure, pace, and accountability to complex, cross‑functional workstreams. This role ensures that project activities remain on schedule, aligned to key milestones, and within approved budgets, while providing leadership with clear, timely visibility into progress, risks, and issues. The GBS Project Manager serves as a central point of coordination across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Operations, and external partners to support a successful GBS stand‑up and transformation.
