This position leverages experience and expertise in project management. In this leadership role, the Enterprise Project Manager is accountable for obtaining clearly defined project success criteria and outcomes that aide in achieving desired strategic, business outcomes. This will be accomplished by leading cross functional teams through Schreiber Foods’ project management process, Enterprise Project Management (EPM). Leading others by guiding them through the EPM process requires project management skills established in the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) and recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as industry best practices. This position is expected to advocate for best practices in project management within Schreiber and assist in the growth of Schreiber's organizational competency in project management toward a world class level. This individual will work closely with the EPM Director, senior business leaders (champions and project sponsors), functional process experts (process owners) and project team members (specialists and experts) in attaining business results that drive our organization forward. This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule (Monday-Friday) located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
