Food & Beverage Manager
About The Position
Common Man Roadside is hiring Food & Beverage Managers for our Hooksett Welcome Centers, located on I-93! Come work for a great New Hampshire company in this fun, fast-paced, and unique location! The Food & Beverage manager is responsible for supervision, training, and management within the food service operation. Duties include: Directing and overseeing the daily operations of our Food & Bev department Opening and closing of daily paperwork, reporting, and logs Safety and sanitation Employee management including scheduling, training, and development This is a working management role- our managers work on the line and prep food, offer hands-on training, guidance, and development of staff, and assist customers as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a leadership role desired
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including ServSafe
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to kneel, squat, bend and reach to stock shelves
- Must be able to lift/ carry packages up to 50 pounds
Nice To Haves
