About The Position

Connecting Point Marketing Group, a part of Emerald, is a seacoast-based meeting/events marketing company. The purpose of our business is to build communities by connecting buying Executives and Suppliers to build relationships and business partnerships for a variety of industries. We produce Events that are unique in that they are high touch, personalized and formatted with focused meetings based on mutual interest and an entire agenda designed to maximize business. As a Project Manager, you will support a wide range functions to ensure exceptional customer and vendor satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce; enthusiasm for learning new systems.

  • Task-oriented with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time-sensitive deliverables.
  • Willingness and ability to travel when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Manage optional activities, including entering registrations into Salesforce (SF).
  • Perform weekly reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams to test event and registration pages to ensure full functionality.
  • Assist customers with registration receipts, refunds, and changes.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate activity capacities, ensuring event teams and external vendors are informed of capacity status.
  • Assist with A/R processes by reviewing invoice batches, downloading and saving invoices, and completing vendor setup forms.
  • Coordinate with the billing team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Audit sales data in Salesforce and A2Z to ensure accuracy.
  • Review sales contracts for completeness and work with the sales team to resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with billing-related inquiries.
  • Support A/P processing to ensure timely vendor payments.
  • Review invoices and vendor setup forms.
  • Monitor invoice processing status and follow up as needed.
