About The Position
We’re looking for a Project Manager / Estimator experienced in storefronts, curtain walls, and aluminium framing. This role oversees estimating, planning, procurement, and field execution to deliver glazing projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial glazing, curtain wall, storefront, or aluminum framing
- Strong ability to read architectural and shop drawings
- Background in glazing estimating
- Proven project management skills
- Knowledge of codes, safety standards, and glazing practices
Responsibilities
- Review drawings and prepare accurate estimates for glazing systems
- Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors
- Oversee installation teams and ensure quality, safety, and compliance
- Track progress across multiple projects and mitigate risks
- Lead communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Prepare documentation, change orders, and closeout materials
