About The Position

We are hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to support structural engineering projects from initial estimating through final delivery. This role combines cost analysis, project coordination, and client communication to ensure projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and within defined scope.
The ideal candidate has experience in engineering or construction environments and is comfortable managing both financial and operational aspects of multiple active projects.

Requirements

• Experience in project management and/or estimating within engineering or construction settings
• Strong understanding of construction documents and structural scopes preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong organizational, budgeting, and documentation skills
• Professional, client-facing communication skills
• Proficiency with estimating software and project management tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for structural engineering and construction-related projects
• Manage projects from kickoff through completion, including schedules, deliverables, and documentation
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, subcontractors, and external consultants
• Track project budgets, change orders, and scope adjustments
• Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with contract requirements
• Communicate regularly with clients to manage expectations and timelines
• Support smooth handoff between estimating, design, and execution phases
