About The Position
We’re hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager / Estimator to lead environmental and remediation construction projects from bid through final completion. This role requires strong estimating skills, field coordination, and a deep understanding of abatement and remediation workflows.

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates and budgets for abatement, demolition, and mold/lead/asbestos remediation
- Plan and manage schedules, crews, subcontractors, and onsite activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee field operations and maintain strong client communication
- Track costs, manage change orders, and maintain accurate project documentation
