About The Position
We’re hiring a senior-level Construction Project Manager / Estimator to lead development planning, cost estimating, and construction execution across projects in the Greater Columbus area. This role blends project leadership with construction operations and development oversight.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead development planning and construction execution from precon through completion
- Prepare accurate material take-offs, budgets, and cost estimates
