Itero Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager-EPMO to lead a new PPM tool deployment for traditional project management. As a part of this team, you will help to expand its capabilities by leading the definition through delivery of portfolio, program, or agile management processes. Work includes successfully leading POC, pilot, rollout, and then supporting decentralized PMOs to replicate the process across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of full-time project management experience supporting large, complex IT projects.
  • 3+ years of program, portfolio, or agile project management experience
  • Experience with software testing, training, and user guide development
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, PgMP, PfMP, Scrum,SAFe, ITIL certification
  • ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) experience

Responsibilities

  • Leverage experience with PPM business processes to help configure/develop portfolio, program, and/or agile management module(s) within the enterprise PPM tool.
  • Collaborate with the PPM tool development team’s SDLC - from requirements definition through testing.
  • Pilot the rollout of the above module(s) and then support expanded use across the enterprise.
  • Create and deliver role-specific training, and tips & tricks to make the most of the PPM tool capabilities.
  • Contribute to the ongoing support of governance committees that assess, approve, and prioritize PPM tool capabilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
