Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong documentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of business, management, information technology or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with stakeholders from a broad spectrum of disciplines

Responsibilities

  • Ability to learn and understand the systems and processes related to assigned projects
  • Monitor and manage project performance, scope, budget, quality, risks and schedule for all assigned projects
  • Provide frequent and direct communication with stakeholders
  • Understand and document business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functional requirements and specifications, working with business and systems analysts as needed
  • Identify effective solutions as part of a project team
  • Prepare and update project plans
  • Ability to understand hours and cost to perform the required services with the assistance of the project team
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and meeting minutes
  • Maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders across the organization
  • Prepare and effectively communicate project progress reports to all stakeholders
  • Validate and maintain project documentation
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate and guide technical resources within the project team to ensure delivery of a high-quality outcome
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
