About The Position

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of enablement, training, community, and event‑driven programs in partnership with stakeholders. This role ensures seamless delivery of workshops, events, multimedia content, community calls, and ongoing operational processes. The Project Manager will manage timelines, stakeholders, communications, logistics, and reporting to support readiness initiatives across global teams.

Requirements

  • Strong project and program management experience across multiple simultaneous initiatives
  • Experience managing events, workshops, or large‑scale virtual programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑coordination skills
  • Skilled in timeline development, scheduling, and workflow orchestration
  • Ability to manage content, documentation, and SharePoint environments
  • Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and highly organized
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, etc.)
  • PowerPoint

  • Background in tech‑driven training, enablement, or cloud‑related programs
  • Experience supporting multimedia or video‑based content development
  • Experience supporting global or multi‑timezone operations

Responsibilities

  • Manage pre‑during‑post event operations, including scheduling, agenda development, speaker coordination, content preparation, survey setup, event management, attendance, recording, and post‑event editing and publishing.
  • Support multi‑session and multi‑timezone events, ensuring smooth logistics, live support, and timely follow‑up.
  • Oversee workflows, timelines, and deliverables for ongoing programs.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive planning cycles, aligning milestones across planning, build, execution, and reporting.
  • Maintain intake processes, corporate calendars, and program visibility across SharePoint and team channels.
  • Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including leaders, SMEs, content owners, and external contributors to secure participation, finalize agendas, and manage content needs.
  • Coordinate speaker sync meetings, dry runs, speaker chats, and ongoing communication throughout project cycles.
  • Support content development, review, editing, and posting for events, community calls, and training programs.
  • Maintain SharePoint pages, ensuring content updates, structure, and quality control.
  • Track attendance, capture post‑event metrics, support survey distribution, and deliver post‑event reports.
  • Manage tracking/reporting for program progress, readiness initiatives, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Draft, finalize, and send meeting invitations, reminders, call descriptions, and audience‑targeted messaging.
  • Facilitate internal communications related to enablement programs, newsletters, and leadership updates.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of process documentation, best‑practice guides, and operational playbooks.
  • Provide “as‑needed” support for ad‑hoc team activities, vendor coordination, logistics troubleshooting, and cross‑team collaboration.
