Supervisor: Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) Starting Salary Range: $68,000-$72,000 The Role: The Project Manager supports the CAO and the Development & Communications team by coordinating projects, improving department-wide systems, and helping ensure the smooth execution of fundraising and communications work. Serving as a “right hand” to the CAO in executing their strategic vision, this role combines project management, team operations, and executive support to keep priorities moving forward and ensure strong communication across the department. The ideal candidate is highly organized, finds joy in building relationships and collaborating, and is comfortable managing many moving pieces at once. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CAO and contribute directly to work that drives awareness, fundraising, and community engagement in support of Project Bread’s mission.
