The Development and Communications Manager is a key member of the development team who is responsible for driving donor engagement through strategic storytelling, fundraising events, and crafting engaging grant proposals for private foundations. The Manager is a member of the agency’s management team and will partner with colleagues to identify new opportunities for creating and adapting compelling, donor- and community-focused events and communications. This position is charged with developing and executing fundraising events from start to finish. The Manager will create and implement marketing and communications tactics with the goal of increasing community awareness about the mission and services of FrontLine, and growing the agency’s philanthropic supporters. The Manager will craft compelling grant proposals and reports for private foundations.
