Project Manager, Construction & Infrastructure
About The Position
The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for supporting the Regional PM in the planning and overseeing capital projects. The PM will support the Regional PM by performing various duties and initiatives. Duties include but are not limited to assisting in the initiation of new projects, managing architects and engineers in the design phase to develop project requirements, schematic designs, and construction documents within approved budgets, preparing bid documents, and negotiating contracts with general contractors and/or vendors and updating stakeholders on the construction status, conducting routine site visits to review progress, and facilitating efforts for successful project closeout. > With more than 225 locations worldwide, Signature Aviation is the largest > global network of private aviation terminals, delivering safe, convenient, and > elevated experiences to those we serve.
