This opportunity is onsite in La Porte, TX, United States. #LI-Onsite The Role Wood is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead small to moderate capital and maintenance projects within an operating chemical manufacturing facility . Ideal for someone with practical experience in I/E, mechanical, or light civil work —from craft, operations, engineering, or project management—who is eager to grow and coordinate multi‑discipline projects in a plant environment. Oversee project financials including forecasting, cost control, margin performance, and cash collection. Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate multi-discipline work with operations, maintenance, engineering, and vendors. Lead change management, negotiate scope adjustments, and maintain strong customer relationships. Provide regular progress reporting and proactively address risks or delays. Ensure team competency, promote performance improvement, and support HSSE programs.
