How You Will Make a Difference: As a new Manufacturing Project Manager at ATC Automation, you will be expected to oversee a variety of custom automation projects daily. Your primary responsibilities will include managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project execution in the automation sector. You will regularly collaborate with engineers and customers, facilitating communication and aligning project goals with customer needs. In addition, you will conduct regular status meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues that may arise. You'll also be responsible for identifying risks and implementing solutions, ensuring projects remain on track and uphold our commitment to excellence. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving, as well as a strong focus on project management methodologies to drive continuous improvement in our processes. To excel as a Manufacturing Project Manager at ATC Automation, a combination of technical and soft skills is essential. A PMP Certification is preferred to demonstrate your proficiency in project management principles and methodologies. A Bachelor's Degree in engineering, management, or a related field is crucial for understanding the technical aspects of custom automation. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additionally, you should possess excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and ensure project goals align with customer expectations. Manufacturing Project Management experience including an understanding in project management methodologies
