We are looking for a Project Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives that support company-wide sales goals by aligning internal teams and collaborating directly with clients. This role sets clear expectations, fosters strong partnerships, and ensures efficient planning and execution. From defining project goals and priorities to overseeing complex initiatives through completion, this role drives accountability and delivers results that support both operational success and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a passion for project management with strong attention to detail and excellent collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • Generally, a minimum of six (6) years of experience in Project Management with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Project Management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Prior experience with GMP manufacturing environments, and familiarity with commercialization and product development cycles.
  • Knowledge of operations across Procurement, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Cost Accounting, R&D, and Marketing.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external clients, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to influence and lead cross departmental teams, and build consensus
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; capable of leading meetings, preparing documentation, and communicating across diverse audiences.
  • Ability to assess complex information, identify risks, and recommend actionable solutions to support project continuity and success.
  • Experience managing budgets, tracking financial performance, and aligning project milestones with fiscal accountability.
  • Ability to evaluate key performance indicators and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, foster accountability, and promote a culture of professionalism and shared ownership.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining discretion, confidentiality, and alignment with company values.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP, CAPM or equivalent) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables, leading projects from initiation through completion to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external clients, communicating project timelines, goals, and updates through meetings, presentations, and written correspondence to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Lead and coordinate projects across departments by defining roles, setting clear expectations, and fostering collaboration to drive accountability and shared ownership of outcomes.
  • Identify potential project risks proactively and drive resolution strategies, monitoring and resolving issues early to minimize disruptions and support successful project delivery.
  • Track and manage project budgets, billing, and financial performance against milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency.
  • Plan and lead internal and client‑facing meetings, preparing and guiding agendas, capturing meeting notes, and maintaining accurate status reports and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize and enhance project management systems to increase efficiency and coordination, recommending improvements to streamline workflows and support continuous improvement.
  • Exhibit professional behavior with both internal and external business associates in a way that reflects positively on the company and aligns with company policies and practices.
