What the job involves: We are currently seeking a Summer Intern in Project and Development Services to join our team. In this role, you will learn project management fundamentals, vendor management processes, and real estate development execution strategies. As a Summer Intern in Project and Development Services at JLL, you will:

Requirements

Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or Engineering
Communication & Collaboration Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate with multiple individuals and meet deadlines
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of PC, Windows, Internet applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Professional Attributes: Independent thinking abilities, proactive and self-motivated mindset, detail-oriented and organized approach
Industry Interest: Interest in commercial real estate industry and ability to thrive in fast-paced team environment
Permanent US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

Project Support & Documentation: Work closely with the project management team to create presentations, budgets/financial documents, playbooks, and other project deliverables
Process Development: Assist in the development of execution playbooks for project managers and training materials
Vendor & Finance Management: Support vendor management, RFP development, scope development, and finance reconciliation
Administrative Coordination: Perform project coordinator tasks such as data entry, project contract administration, and working within the Project Management Platform, PMWeb
Space Planning & Analysis: Gain real-world experience in developing space planning scenarios and strengthen overall business acumen by working with a variety of clients
