The Summer PMO Intern will support execution of enterprise initiatives that advance Breeze Airways’ Desired outcomes and key strategic focus. This role provides hands-on exposure to how a growth-stage airline governs, tracks, and delivers cross-functional transformation initiatives. The intern is expected to contribute meaningfully to project delivery—not observe from the sidelines. Here's what you'll do By the end of the internship, you will: Understand and apply core PMO governance standards Independently manage assigned deliverables with minimal oversight Produce executive-ready reporting materials Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving Exhibit ownership, urgency, and professionalism in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

  • Structured thinking and strong attention to detail
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with discipline

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and action trackers
  • Ensure deliverables are updated and visible across stakeholders
  • Support milestone tracking and identify schedule risks early
  • Contribute to weekly/monthly project dashboards
  • Assist in preparing executive summaries and presentation materials
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting artifacts
  • Perform data analysis to support business cases and project health assessments
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Support documentation of workflows and standard operating procedures
  • Engage with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Commercial, Finance, and Guest Experience
  • Demonstrate professional communication and meeting discipline
  • Model Breeze’s values of accountability and simplicity
