Internship Overview We are seeking self-driven students pursuing degrees in Construction Management who are interested in: Project Management Pre-Construction Architecture Design Build Field Operations Heavy Equipment/Site Work Start and end dates are flexible based on academic schedules. Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn. Interns gain hands-on, real-world experience while working closely with our: Carpentry & Interiors Group Construction Management Group Multi-Family Housing Group Design Build Group Special Projects Group Site Group You will collaborate with Project Management, Estimating, and Administrative teams both on-site and in the office.

Requirements

College Junior or Senior pursuing a construction-related major preferred
Willingness to learn and assist with a variety of tasks
Organized, self-motivated, and positive attitude
Located in or near the Cleveland area

Responsibilities

Assist with maintaining and updating project drawings and documentation
Distribute drawings and project information to appropriate parties
Log, track, and distribute RFIs, submittals, and daily reports using project management software
Receive, review, and schedule on-site material deliveries
Assist with bid preparation, project setup, and project bidding
Perform additional duties as assigned
