About The Position

Our Project Management Internship offers hands-on experience with meaningful projects that directly influence our business. About the Program This 12-week program is designed to give you real-world exposure to project management in action. You’ll work on initiatives that matter, collaborate with leaders across departments, and gain insight into how a successful organization operates. At the end of the summer, you’ll present your work to senior leadership, showcasing your contributions and growth. Your work will help us build scalable, repeatable project management practices that align with our organizational strategy.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- GPA of 2.8 or higher
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Assess Needs: Conduct a company-wide review to identify current and future project management support requirements.
- Design Solutions: Help create a PMO Service Catalogue that defines and standardizes offerings like project intake, governance, training, and reporting.
- Collaborate: Work closely with department leaders to gather input and validate requirements.
- Communicate: Share progress and outcomes with senior management and key stakeholders.
