About The Position

Brewer Science, Inc. is a major innovator of high-technology solutions for the semiconductor / microelectronics markets. We are currently seeking a purpose-driven candidate with an ownership mentality to fill an open position as a Spring 2026 Project Management Intern (part-time, 15-20 hours per week, Summer 40 hours per week). This position will be in Rolla, MO. Summary: Support project coordination by tracking tasks and deadlines, organizing and maintaining project data and documentation, assisting with meetings and reports, and helping teams stay on schedule while ensuring accurate records and adherence to company processes and standards.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Computer Science (or related fields)

Responsibilities

  • Help track project deadlines and tasks, making sure everything stays on schedule and organized.
  • Assist the team with every day administrative duties, like setting up meetings, keeping records, and creating basic reports or presentations.
  • Update and maintain records and files to keep all information accurate and complete.
  • Organize and keep track of project or program-related documents, including reports and communication materials.
  • Work with other team members to understand project/program goals and help ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Be a go-to person for questions about projects, help with communication between team members, and take notes during meetings.
  • Help ensure that activities follow company rules, compliance & ISO standards, and safety guidelines and assist with organizing applicable training or maintaining relevant records.
  • Keep an eye on key project dates and progress, update team systems, and share updates with those involved.
  • Support the team by helping manage resources, coordinate tasks, and assist with any facility related needs or applicable maintenance requests.
  • Follow established processes to help with basic project coordination tasks, while working under guidance.
  • Assist with logistics, procurement, or other relevant groups to ensure smooth operations and proper resource management for projects.
  • Monitor project progress and performance by preparing detailed status reports that track progress against the schedule, highlight potential risks or delays, and provide updates on mitigation strategies and any deviations from the plan.
  • Organize and lead regular project meetings, documenting action items, ensuring follow-up on key decisions, and managing project documentation such as meeting minutes, status reports, and project documentation repositories.
  • Identify and assess potential risks and issues, escalating concerns to management as needed, and supporting proactive risk mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions or delays in project delivery.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvements within project workflows, systems, and applications, focusing on enhancing communication, collaboration, and overall project execution through innovation and better tools.
  • Ensure strict adherence to change management and configuration management protocols, ensuring that all project changes are documented, reviewed, and approved in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
