Department Overview The Program Management team is responsible for the global program of fuel cell projects and plays a critical role in ensuring that strategic initiatives and complex projects are executed efficiently across Bloom’s organization.
Requirements
- Currently a student earning a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical , Civil, Electrical, and/or Mechanical Engineering
- Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027

- Experience working in manufacturing, construction, and/or facility maintenance as it related to mechanical assemblies is desired.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter and desire to learn new things.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Enthusiasm for collaborating in a fast paced and highly cross-functional environment
Responsibilities
- Support program managers in planning, tracking, and executing key initiatives and projects
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
- Analyze data and metrics to help assess program performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, marketing, and operations.
- Help identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts and documentation.
