Department Overview The Program Management team is responsible for the global program of fuel cell projects and plays a critical role in ensuring that strategic initiatives and complex projects are executed efficiently across Bloom’s organization.

Requirements

  • Currently a student earning a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical , Civil, Electrical, and/or Mechanical Engineering
  • Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027

  • Experience working in manufacturing, construction, and/or facility maintenance as it related to mechanical assemblies is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Support program managers in planning, tracking, and executing key initiatives and projects
  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
  • Analyze data and metrics to help assess program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, marketing, and operations.
  • Help identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts and documentation.
