Requirements

Junior or Senior in a Bachelor’s degree program (Engineering preferred)
Experience leading & managing project groups and teams
Competent in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills
U.S. Person

Responsibilities

Create and manage project schedules in Microsoft Project
Work with various departments and external vendors to reduce schedule risks and improve project timelines
Plan and track tasks for project resources to execute projects to the plan (engineers, technicians, supply chain, etc.)
Assist engineers in designing and machine debugging efforts, and make decisions based on engineering analysis and project or company needs
Develop cost estimates and proposals for customer scope of work change requests
Monitor, influence, and report on project performance in terms of scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
Work directly with customers to address their programmatic or project related needs
Develop or update departmental processes and training materials for project managers
