Summary of Position The intern will be working within Intelligent Infrastructure’s Program Management Office, supporting the Strategic Partnership & Opportunity Enablement team. This position is ideal for someone interested in program management, cross‑functional execution, and process development.

Requirements

  • Major(s): Degree in Engineering Systems Management or Business Administration
  • Class Year(s): Graduate Student or Recent Graduate with relevant project or intern experience
  • GPA: Min 3.0
  • Technical Skills: Project Management, Process Development, Systems Thinking
  • Effective communication, agility and adaptability, ability to build trusting relationships, sound decision making and judgement, resilience in a face-paced and evolving environment
  • Availability: Must be available to work in Austin, Texas from May 18, 2026 – Aug 7, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Drive activities related to low-complexity projects and opportunities to support business growth through effective execution.
  • Ensure project requirements and objectives are correctly gathered, understood, and properly translated for execution.
  • Ensure effective communication, engagement, and progress reporting.
  • Regularly update key stakeholders on project status, variances, and corrective actions.
  • Implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
