About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that drive organizational growth and innovation. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, research, and operational execution within a dynamic and mission-driven environment. You will work on various projects that support our mission of connecting families and preserving family history data. Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate (within the past year) in project management or related field.
  • Interest in family history research.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to learn other in-house systems.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in and assist with planning sessions and counseling together
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities for efficiency.
  • Document processes, checklists, and workflows
  • Perform administrative tasks related to project tracking and reporting.
