We’re hiring a Project Management Coordinator - Integrations at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. This position is fully remote. To coordinate communication between all areas involved in mergers and acquisitions, with a primary focus on integration of new companies.

Requirements

  • Past experience in an administrative or project management role.
  • Must be excellent with details with exquisite follow-up.
  • Always looking for ways to improve and grow in your position.
  • Must be a great listener and care about solving problems.
  • Energized by building, nurturing and maintaining relationships with peers throughout every step of the integration process
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
  • 3 years of professional experience
  • High school diploma, required
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize project management software for detail tracking and sharing of information
  • Support end to end post merger integration efforts across multiple workstreams
  • Monitor acquisitions through various stages of planning, development and execution
  • Schedule and facilitate integration meetings, workshops and checkpoints
  • Update appropriate areas when action is required
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate integration workstreams, track milestones, manage documentation, and ensure alignment across teams through integration lifecycle
  • Other duties assigned
