O52 Outsourcing and Supplier Oversight is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Program team, responsible for delivering structure projects that support the department’s 2026 objective of 1.5 million earned hours – maintaining a commitment to meeting all safety, quality, schedule, and cost requirements. The role requires strong supplier accountability, consistent use of core PM tools and metrics, and clear communication of status, risk, and recovery actions to internal and external stakeholders. Successful candidates will demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving mindset, professional and solutions-oriented engagement with suppliers, and a strong sense of ownership for program outcomes. They will develop thoughtful, data-driven assessments, escalate issues when needed, promote schedule discipline, and recognize team and supplier successes to reinforce positive performance.
