About The Position

The Third Estimate — a trusted name in roofing, siding, windows, and doors for nearly 30 years — is looking for an experienced, motivated Project Foreman to join our growing team! In this leadership role, you’ll own the field execution — leading job sites, managing crews, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards . Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in home improvement, construction, or project management
  • Proven leadership ability — knows how to motivate crews and hold teams accountable
  • Strong communication skills — clear, direct, solutions-oriented
  • Highly organized — able to manage multiple projects and schedules simultaneously
  • Tech-savvy — experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
  • Physically capable — comfortable climbing ladders, working outdoors, and performing hands-on tasks when needed
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record — must travel to job sites as needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day job site operations — drive efficiency, safety, and quality
  • Plan and organize daily tasks and project schedules
  • Supervise and motivate crews and subcontractors — lead from the front
  • Conduct final walkthroughs , complete punch lists, and collect final payments
  • Enforce all safety protocols and report any incidents immediately
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and submit daily field reports
  • Ensure subcontractors meet all company standards — quality, safety, and professionalism
  • Collaborate with Installation Supervisors and Project Managers to align goals and priorities
