Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in construction or home improvement leadership
• Proven ability to manage crews and jobsite workflow
• Clear, confident communicator
• Organized, deadline-driven, and accountable
• Comfortable using technology (Office, CRM experience preferred)
• Physically able to work on active jobsites
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day jobsite operations
• Plan daily work schedules and production goals
• Supervise crews and subcontractors
• Enforce safety, quality, and efficiency standards
• Conduct final walkthroughs and punch lists
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and on budget
• Submit accurate daily field reports
• Hold subcontractors accountable to company standards
• Work closely with Installation Supervisors and Project Managers
• Represent The Third Estimate professionally on every jobsite
