Role description: As the Project Office engineer or Office Architect you will be part of a CM team working on a downtown Los Angeles legacy project. You will support project teams in retrieving and distributing documents during construction activities.

Requirements

  • A minimum five (5) years of experience with document control
  • Familiarity with PMIS systems including ACC and OpenSpace
  • Familiarity with all aspects of construction documents, including the General Conditions, General
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with industry-standard document control systems

Responsibilities

  • Requirements, technical specifications, plans, Agency Standards, etc., to ensure full execution of the construction contract
  • Organize, track, and distribute construction documents including change orders, Plan clarifications, RFIs, Directives, Meeting minutes, General correspondence (letters, emails, faxes, photo logs, etc) and Submittals and transmittals.
  • Ensure accuracy, version control, and timely routing of documents to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Maintain detailed logs and ensure compliance with Agency documentation requirements
  • Support Project teams in retrieving and distributing documents during construction activities
  • Assist in preparing reports, audits, and Project close-out documentation
  • Ensure secure storage and proper archiving of Project records

  • The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
