Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture or Engineering, and minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the building industry.
  • Licensure in Architecture, Engineering (NCARB or PE), and/or Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding organization, attentiveness to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize strategically and demonstrate flexibility to achieve long-range goals.
  • Experience with Autodesk Revit, Microsoft 365, and Bluebeam, with a strong understanding of how to utilize these tools for effective project management and seamless collaboration.

  • Independently supervise Project teams through all phases of project execution, including contract management, design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the design and technical aspects of projects while overseeing internal budgets, drafting fee proposals, conducting earned-value analysis, managing invoicing, and ensuring alignment with client objectives and successful budget execution.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
