About The Position

The Project Engineer Intern is responsible for supporting the project management and project engineering teams while collaborating with colleagues to complete a project throughout the internship. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: · Completing jobsite documentation (RFIs, change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA/QC, submittals, etc.) · Managing jobsite logistics, including office supplies and badging/orientation paperwork · Coordinating deliveries of equipment and materials · Assisting with assembling estimates and budgets · Supporting subcontractor and vendor management · Attending project meetings and preparing meeting notes as needed · Writing and tracking purchase orders and subcontracts · Assisting with craft productivity tracking

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and apply technical concepts quickly
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate professionally with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Project)
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
