Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Summer 2026 Intern Project Engineer to support the Hypersonic Strike Weapon Systems (HSWS) program. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Flight Systems Element Integration Lead with managing cost, technical, and schedule objectives for daily, weekly, and monthly program management execution. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of basic system engineering thought-process, project engineering, and thinking critically across multi-domain teams and assignments. This intern position requires close coordination with internal Lockheed Martin Subject Matter Experts. Must be able to work effectively in fast paced and dynamic environments and able to learn across all business functions while supporting Staff level assignments. Must be a US Citizen. Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in engineering/technical discipline or related education
Strong organization, analytical, presentation, communications, and interpersonal skills
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Must be a US Citizen
