Join us as a Project Engineer for the FBM Test Missile Kit (TMK) program where you will be involved in planning and executing avionics work scope and program execution. Key activities you will accomplish in this role: Long range planning Cost modeling and proposal support Ensure planning is coordinated across Program and suppliers

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience for this role.
  • Bachelor's degree (engineering field or technical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Prior proposal, cost modeling, or long range project planning experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in project management principals (Cost/Schedule/Technical).
  • Knowledge of program lifecycle and how early achievements may drive future costs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule, and technical scope.
  • Possess a current Secret security clearance, thus a US Citizen.
  • Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very sophisticated problems and implement constructive change.
  • Experience using JIRA or Version 1 or similar tools for project planning and tracking
  • Experience throughout engineering lifecycle (system definition, design, build, test and operational deployment).
  • Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering.
  • Experience in Business Rhythm creation and management experience
  • Excellent presentation abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
