Job Description The Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing the implementation of engineering projects from start to finish, including technical design, budgeting, and timelines. The Project Engineer will lead a team of engineers and other professionals to ensure timely completion and high-quality execution of projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).
  • 2+ years in engineering or related field.
  • Familiarity with CAD design, ERP systems, and motion control principles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Drive VA/VE initiatives to enhance performance, reduce costs, and improve manufacturability of motors used in automation and robotics.
  • Implement design changes and process improvements that elevate quality and reliability for high-precision applications.
  • Work with manufacturing, quality, and procurement to troubleshoot issues and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Serve as the engineering liaison to customers, supporting modifications and ensuring seamless integration into customer applications.
  • Work on real-world automation challenges that impact robotics, smart manufacturing, and industrial automation.
