Reporting to the Business Operations and Strategy Leader, the Referee Talent & Operations Support Project Employee will support core components of the league’s officiating pipeline across talent identification, performance development, and essential department operations. This blended role will support scouting, referee development in the G League, and overall administrative coordination to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across key Referee Operations workflows. This position will assist in, maintaining essential referee databases, maintaining scouting reports and evaluations, facilitating communication with prospects, candidates, and new hires, managing in -market logistics for all scouting and pipeline events, and coordinating key administrative tasks across the G League and Scouting functions. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational instincts, communication skills, and can work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
