About The Position

The Project Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the successful execution of large capital projects. This position provides structured administrative and project coordination support by managing documentation, following established project and quality processes, and maintaining configuration and records management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of supporting multiple workstreams while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective communication across the project team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or Engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • 5 years’ experience in Project Management, Technology Training, and/or Digital roles.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly document technical processes, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, identify gaps, and implement compliant, practical solutions.
  • Experience documenting, planning, executing, and improving engineering or digital programs in regulated environments.
  • This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.

Responsibilities

  • Follow and help enforce established project management, quality, and configuration management processes to ensure consistency, traceability, and compliance.
  • Support project teams in the creation, maintenance, and improvement of project processes and workflows.
  • Assist with tracking action items, deliverables, and milestones to support on‑time project execution.
  • Create, revise, format, and manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, project plans, logs, and registers.
  • Maintain organized and auditable project files in accordance with document control and records retention requirements.
  • Review and proofread documents for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and compliance with project standards.
  • Support document digitization, document transmittals, and controlled distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project team members, functional stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Assist with requirements management activities, including data entry, tracking, and maintenance of requirements and related project data in designated systems.
  • Support implementation and documentation of corrective and preventative actions (CAPA), including tracking actions to completion.
