Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Project Cost Administrator to join our amazing culture for the Vertical Market team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing project financials, coordinating closeout tasks with multiple groups, and leading WIP meetings as necessary. Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • 2-3 years invoicing and booking experience for national and global accounts

Responsibilities

  • Book and invoice CSP service agreements for our centralized vertical market accounts.
  • Document and track booking and invoicing details for the above CSP accounts
  • Analyze payment details and communicate the correct payment applications to our Cash applications, branch and collections teams
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Program Managers, Collections, Sales to resolve issues
  • Attend customer meetings, both internal and external, as needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
