About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to provide direct support to the CEO. This role involves handling confidential information while analyzing sales, financial, and operational data to drive informed decision-making. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in strategic planning, customer-facing operations, and overall business optimization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in business management, analytics, or executive support.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strategic mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

Analyze sales, financials, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights for the CEO and management teams.
Develop dashboards and reports to track business performance and identify trends.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all reporting.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement long-term strategic initiatives.
Assist in evaluating business opportunities and operational efficiencies.
Support decision-making by providing research, competitive analysis, and market insights.
Assist with sales, marketing, and public relations strategies to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
Support communication efforts between the company and external stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally with teams to improve customer experience and business growth.
Handle highly sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and strategic documents for executive meetings.
Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.
