About The Position

The Project Coordinator is involved in the day-to-day operations of their assigned projects. This position will organize and communicate details related to a specific assignment or task while serving as an interface between team members and managers.

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or two years of qualifying experience.
  • One year QuickBooks Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in MS Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatching calls and assigning job sites to technicians under the direction of the Operation Manager.
  • Managing scheduling calendar.
  • Answering phones and assisting with customer/ management requests.
  • Provide general office support, manage paperwork, and schedule meetings.
  • Handling expense reports.
  • Match packing slips and materials.
  • Coordinating communication with Accounts Receivable and Operation Manager to provide billing notes.
  • Creating and completing work orders.
  • Providing general project support, such as ordering materials (as needed).
  • Purchase Order management
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.
  • Follow accounting policies and procedures.
  • New customer-vendor references
  • General data entry within QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop and Sage Intacct.
  • Other duties as assigned.
