About The Position

Mission Multiplier is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support delivery across multiple cybersecurity and compliance-focused engagements, with a particular emphasis on CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) programs. This position can either be onsite in Huntsville, AL or remote.

Requirements

Minimum of a High School diploma. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in an office setting.
Must be able to adapt communication style to a variety of internal stakeholders (executives, technical, administrative, etc.) and external stakeholders (vendors, customers, partners, etc.)
Must be able to work in a fast paced, small business environment.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and track integrated project schedules across multiple clients and concurrent workstreams
Coordinate milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely execution
Identify schedule risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies
Serve as a central liaison across cybersecurity, IT, logistics, and executive leadership teams
Coordinate interdisciplinary staff and ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines
Act as a client-facing representative, supporting strong, professional relationships
Deliver clear and concise status updates, reports, and meeting summaries
Coordinates conference calls and meetings; records meeting minutes as needed and follows up on meeting action items
Support vendor coordination and procurement activities, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and onboarding
Assist with managing third-party relationships and ensuring alignment with project objectives
Develop basic marketing materials and training presentations to support Mission Multiplier's CMMC service offerings
Translate basic cybersecurity and compliance concepts into clear, client-friendly visuals and content
Support internal and external briefings, workshops, and customer engagements
Other duties as assigned.
