JOB DUTIES Assist the VP of Construction with coordinating the contractor bid process, including scope development, proposal review, and vendor compliance. Help review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, daily logs, and progress reports. Assist with monitoring subcontractor performance and quality control, escalating issues as needed. Organize and streamline construction services, administrative operations and data output. Coordinate communication among contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Contribute to the development of tools and processes to improve departmental efficiency.
