Job Summary Essen Health Care is seeking a highly organized and driven Project Coordinator to support initiatives across Operations, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs . This role is ideal for a healthcare administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and communicates effectively across departments. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting regulatory compliance efforts, operational workflows, and cross-functional project execution across our Bronx locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
  • 2+ years of healthcare administrative experience
  • Experience in project coordination, operations, or healthcare management
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory environments preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong multi-tasking abilities

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track operational and compliance-related projects across multiple sites
  • Support regulatory readiness initiatives (DOH, CMS, internal audits, etc.)
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and compliance records
  • Assist with policy implementation and process improvement initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and site leadership
  • Travel between Bronx locations as needed (Uber provided)
