The ideal candidate is reliable, quick to learn, and eager to advance within our company. While trade show industry experience is a plus, it is not required—we are willing to train the right person. This role offers hands-on training and valuable industry experience. Exhibit Pros is a Las Vegas-based firm specializing in the fabrication of custom-designed trade show displays and exhibits. From concept to execution, we design, build, deliver, install, and dismantle attention-grabbing exhibits for conventions and trade shows across the country. Requirements

  • Minimum Associate’s Degree (BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in proposal writing, event planning, conventions, or trade shows preferred.
  • Tech-savvy – Strong ability to learn and adapt to new project management software & tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and adaptable – Ability to execute quickly, meet deadlines, and adjust to changes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills – Ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Excellent communication & writing skills – Strong editing/proofreading skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Experience with Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and project coordination support to Project Managers.
  • Manage and prioritize complex event planning & trade show coordination, including completing trade show forms.
  • Collaborate with vendors, shipping teams, graphics designers, and other departments.
  • Process work orders, submittals, and material requisitions.
  • Engage with clients via email and phone to maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Train on and utilize industry-specific project management platforms: Monday.com, ExhibitForce, IntelliEvent (training provided).
  • Assist in developing bids, proposals, and processing orders.
