About The Position

The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers and field staff by ensuring smooth project operations through effective communication, documentation, and administrative assistance. This role is responsible for managing project files, coordinating submittals, RFIs, permits, inspections, and deliveries, and assisting with planning, scheduling, and procurement activities. The Project Coordinator serves as a central point of contact between the office, field staff, vendors, and subcontractors, helping to maintain project performance and compliance. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective time management, and knowledge of construction processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Two to five years of experience in the construction industry preferred with knowledge of construction materials, processes, and project workflows.
  • Or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Highly organized.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Effective and superior communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence communication) with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with all stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree or higher in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
