The Project Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, verifying job details, coordinating logistics, documenting communication, and proactively preventing service disruptions. This is a detail-oriented, fast-paced position that requires strong communication skills, organization, and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Route review and management
  • Communicate directly with customers to confirm details and expectations
  • Internal communication via company systems
  • Verify agreements, scope of work, pricing, photos, and documentation
  • Coordinate and schedule installations efficiently within route capacity
  • Monitor upcoming work to prevent scheduling conflicts or delays
  • Documentation and follow-up tracking
  • Identify and escalate potential operational issues proactively
  • Maintain clean and organized scheduling workflows
