Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in Graphics production
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality of information to Company and Federal standards.
• Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and be able to deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
• Must be dependable and work within Company conduct standards; consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.
• Must be able to move and lift up to 40 lbs. (intermittently)
• Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment if in the production areas
• Eye protection

Responsibilities

• Obtain all relevant job information and Graphics files from customers
• Answer any questions or concerns from customers in a timely manner.
• Enter customer orders into Graphics production accurately and timely.
• Answer any questions or concerns from Graphics production in a timely manner
• Regularly communicate production status and delivery dates of files or proofs to customer
• Coordinate delivery of proofs and files to customers
• Coordinate plate ordering with Graphics/Plate production
• Comply with all general Company-wide standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and any job or department specific SOPs. SOPs may cover the areas of (but are not limited to) Employee Health and Safety SQF (Safe Quality Food packager) and GMP (good manufacturing procedures) focused on eliminating contamination in all packaging manufactured. SGP (Sustainable Green Printer) environmental regulatory procedures and SOP’s
• Must work within productivity standards and completes work in a timely manner.
• Special Projects & other duties as necessary
