About The Position

The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) is the world’s largest anti-fraud organization and a global leader in anti-fraud training and certification. In this role, you will support the Business Development team by coordinating projects, tracking timelines, and maintaining the systems that keep initiatives running smoothly. You will also manage logistics for webinars, partner events, tradeshows, and executive roundtables while communicating updates and progress across stakeholders. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will help ensure high‑quality execution of projects that enhance partnership opportunities and drive team success.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of progressive project coordination experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field a plus.
  • Proven success in managing projects to completion, on time and under budget.
  • Proven ability in organizing work, attention to detail, taking direction, managing time effectively, and handling multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated ability in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with team and leadership.
  • Effective usage of English grammar, syntax and punctuation; thorough understanding of style and current English usage.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience with Sitecore or other Content Management Systems, Salesforce, and Asana.
  • Completes anti-bribery course certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support and project planning and coordination for the Business Development team across all team initiatives.
  • Coordinates and assists in the management of logistics for tradeshows, conferences, and executive roundtables, including travel planning, venue coordination, vendor management, and expense reporting.
  • Maintains Asana project boards for all Business Development team projects, ensuring accurate, up-to-date information and clear task assignments.
  • Ensures all team projects stay on track, on schedule, and (when necessary) under budget through proactive monitoring and intervention.
  • Assists program managers and team leadership with planning, execution, and closing project phases across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Coordinates meetings, and organizes project calendars and resources, including people, equipment, and materials.
  • Acts as a central point of contact, communicating project updates, concerns, and information between team members, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Maintains project documentation, including project plans, reports, scope documents, and relevant files in organized, accessible formats.
  • Tracks project progress and creates status updates and reports for team leadership and stakeholders.
  • Monitors project timelines, budgets, risks, and milestones, ensuring tasks stay on schedule and proactively flagging issues or delays.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with stakeholders across the Business Development department and other ACFE teams to support seamless project execution.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve project processes, templates, and coordination practices.
  • Maintains current knowledge of ACFE products, services, and Business Development team goals and initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.
