About The Position

Summary of Role: The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. While a Project Coordinator may support specific teams, such as the waste team, others may support specific customers. The role is a combination of project administration, project coordination, customer communication, and data entry.

Requirements

  • Accuracy & Precision: Ability to enter information quickly and accurately, double checking work to ensure mistakes are avoided.
  • Relationship Management & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Execution: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience billing; industrial, transportation, or similar experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or G.E.D.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Maintain project files and records.
  • Track project timelines and deadlines.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses.
  • Assist with procurement and vendor management.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Input and update project data into relevant systems.
  • Generate reports and presentations as needed.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
